**Personal Accounts:**

- Individual
- Joint - Right of Survivorship
- Joint - Community Property
- Joint - Tenants by Entirety
- Joint - Tenants in Common
- Custodial (UGMA/UTMA)

**Trust Accounts:**

- Revocable Trust
- Irrevocable Trust

**Business Accounts:**

- The [Supplemental Entity Information Form](https://resources.freedomadvisors.com/hubfs/Goldman%20Forms/Supplemental%20Entity%20Information%20Form%20MT-604320.pdf?hsLang=en) is required.
- Corporation
- General Partnership
- Limited Partnership
- Limited Liability Company
- Sole Proprietorship

**Retirement Accounts:**

- IRA Rollover
- Traditional IRA
- Roth IRA
- SEP IRA
- Inherited IRA 
    - Select IRA Rollover or Roth IRA as the account type on the OneAp. The [Inherited IRA Amendment Form](https://na2.docusign.net/Member/PowerFormSigning.aspx?PowerFormId=6f9232e9-ee4b-451f-80d2-6d78c6de3eac&env=na2&acct=c521bcdf-15fe-4378-96fe-24ff3923649c) is required.
- SIMPLE IRA 
    - The [Employer and Employee Certification Forms](https://resources.freedomadvisors.com/hubfs/Forms/Simple%20IRA%20Form.pdf?hsLang=en) are required. These forms are also included as part of the account application.
- 401K, Defined Benefit Plan, Pension Plan
